The Cell sensitizes the Raidighi College community on gender equity issues through organizing sensitivity programs like seminars, webinars, publishing e-magazine etc. The cell tries to enlighten the women students and employees about their legal rights and to strive towards the empowerment of the women. To promote general harmony and prevent discrimination against women and sexual harassment in the institutes, the cell provides practical suggestions to the administration from time to time. The cell makes students aware of Gender Equity and helps students to change their mindset and attitude towards life in terms of women.
